Nick came out to do the install on our new VX Landcruiser yesterday for a Blackvue DR900S Dual Channel with 128GB SD Card. The install was absolutely flawless from beginning to end.

Nick also took the time to show my wife how to use the camera, including connecting the app, downloading videos ect.

He was very professional in his approach from the beginning and provided excellent advice whereas all the other installers I spoke to attempted to upsell me on extras that weren't needed.

I recently had the DR900S-2CH installed and found it was not working due to overheating. Nick from Creative Installations was quick to resolve this issue. He advised that the model was prone to overheating as it had happened to 2/3 other customers and that he recommends a couple of options. 1 option is full refund or install the DR750S model and refund the difference as that model had been no issue. I opted for the later and Nick and his team was quick in refunding the difference. I have recommended them to my colleagues and friends before and as well in the future.

We were quoted double the price by the car yard (shows their mark-up). Nick promised to come to our place and have the work done in an hour with the same product the car yards use.

The installer arrived about 1/2 hour early and had the job done in well less than the hour. Very pleased, easy to talk and negotiate with. The installer was also friendly and courteous, and didn't leave until he showed us the working product.
